Smoking is not allowed inside the mobile house.
If you smoke outside, please dispose of cigarette ends properly.
Parties and loud gatherings are not allowed.
Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00.
Please respect the peaceful surroundings and other guests or neighbours.
Pets are allowed with an additional fee and only with prior agreement.
Please make sure pets do not damage the furniture, beds, terrace or outdoor area.
Please dispose of trash regularly and use the outside trash bins.
Before departure, please empty the trash and take it to the outside bin.
Final cleaning is available with an additional fee.
Before check-out, please remove your personal belongings, empty the trash and leave the house in a normal condition.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
If something breaks or gets damaged, please inform us as soon as possible so we can arrange a solution.
Please do not move furniture outside the mobile house.
Do not leave the BBQ unattended while in use.
Please lock the house when leaving the property.
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
